Maciej Kulczycki and Jack Oetinger met their freshman year at Georgia College and quickly found common ground: a shared obsession with artificial intelligence and a belief that the businesses that don't adapt to it will get left behind.
They didn't just want to talk about AI — they wanted to build systems that actually put it to work. In March 2026, JM Integration was born with one clear purpose: make your business run faster, smarter, and more profitably through the power of AI and automation. Not off-the-shelf tools. Jack Oetinger
Co-Founder — Sales & Finance
Jack is the face of JM Integration — the person clients meet first and trust most. With a background in Business Management and a natural instinct for brand building, he leads the firm's sales efforts, manages client relationships, and drives the social media presence that puts JM Integration on the map. He understands how to connect with people, craft a message that lands, and turn attention into business. For Jack, growth isn't just a metric — it's a relationship built one conversation at a time.
Maciej (Magic) Kulczycki
Co-Founder — Head of Technology
Maciej is the technical architect behind everything JM Integration builds. A University of Georgia student studying Finance and Management Information Systems, he brings a rare combination of analytical precision and technical depth. He is the creator of Pulse — JM Integration's proprietary AI platform — which he designs, develops, and customizes for each individual client. His goal is simple: deliver technology that genuinely moves the needle, reduces costs, eliminates inefficiencies, and positions every client to lead their industry.
